Mirrormade enters as a copy of any enchantment or artifact on the battlefield — your best permanent or your opponent's — for three mana at sorcery speed, and that flexibility is the whole value proposition. In enchantment-heavy builds like Lynde, Cheerful Tormentor it doubles up curses or engines; in artifact shells it clones whatever the table's most powerful piece is, including cards like Faerie Mastermind if someone's running it as an artifact-adjacent draw engine.

Commanders with the highest synergy

Lynde, Cheerful Tormentor
Lynde, Cheerful Tormentor runs Mirrormade as a second copy of whatever curse is doing the most damage — doubling a curse that's already snowballing is the deck's primary way to close games, and Mirrormade is one of the cheapest ways to do it.

Aminatou, Veil Piercer
Aminatou, Veil Piercer strips enchantments from opponents and cares deeply about having enchantments in play, so Mirrormade pulling a double shift as either a clone of a stolen piece or a redundant copy of your own engine fits exactly what the deck wants.

Zur the Enchanter
Zur the Enchanter tutors enchantments directly onto the battlefield, and Mirrormade is one of the few enchantments that can copy any other enchantment — meaning Zur can go get it and immediately mirror the most dangerous permanent on the board.

The Master of Keys
The Master of Keys leans on artifacts and enchantments as its core resource, so Mirrormade's ability to copy either type makes it a flex slot that always finds a target in that shell.

Zur, Eternal Schemer
Zur, Eternal Schemer animates enchantments and values density of powerful enchantments in play; Mirrormade adds that density on a budget while also threatening to clone something from an opponent's side of the table.
Format Analysis

Commander is where Mirrormade earns its keep — four or five players guarantee there's always something worth copying, whether it's your own engine or a threat someone else built. In Modern and Pioneer, sorcery speed at three mana is a serious liability; most artifact and enchantment effects you'd want to copy either rotate out or aren't worth a three-mana do-nothing if the target is removed in response. Legacy and Vintage have access to broken artifacts that make Mirrormade theoretically interesting, but those formats move fast enough that a three-mana enchantment with no immediate board impact rarely makes the cut. Stick to Commander.

Price data for Mirrormade isn't currently available in this listing, so check Scryfall or your preferred vendor for the current market rate. It's a casual-demand card with no competitive spike history, so it tends to sit in the budget range — worth picking up whenever you see it cheaply, but no urgency.
