Faerie Mastermind + Smothering Tithe + Mirrormade
3-card combo · WU
Verdict
Yes — this 3-card loop generates near-infinite mana and draws out all players' libraries as long as two opponents can't pay the Treasure tax.

Mirrormade copies Smothering Tithe, so each Faerie Mastermind activation forces two Tithe triggers per opponent — four Treasures minimum in a four-player pod, which exactly funds the next 3U activation. The loop runs indefinitely until someone's deck is empty, and since all players draw, it ends the game only if a win condition is already in play or hand when the loop starts.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Smothering Tithe plus any second copy effect — Clever Impersonator, Copy Enchantment, or Mirrormade copying a different Tithe — achieves the same doubling effect; Mirrormade is just the most flexible option in white-blue. The loop is win-pending, not win-now: pair it with a Laboratory Maniac, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, or Thassa's Oracle already on the battlefield, since infinite draws for all players loses the game without one.
