Toph, the First Metalbender + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Staff of Domination + Caged Sun
4-card combo · RGW
Verdict
Yes — this 4-card loop generates infinite black mana and, if the mandatory loop cannot be broken, forces a draw.

Toph, the First Metalbender turns all permanents into lands, which means Staff of Domination becomes a Swamp under Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth — tapping it triggers Caged Sun's mana-doubling ability and pays back the 1 needed to untap it each cycle. The same Toph-plus-Urborg interaction makes every land tap for double through Caged Sun, which is what pushes the engine past the threshold needed to go infinite. The result is a mandatory infinite loop that wins or draws depending on whether the pilot has a mana sink to interrupt it.

Result
Infinite lifegain triggers; Infinite lifegain; Draw the game; Infinite card draw; Infinite untap of creatures you control; Infinite draw triggers; Infinite mana creatures you control can produce; Infinite black mana
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Walking Ballista or Heliod, Sun-Crowned converts the infinite black mana into a clean kill before the draw trigger resolves — include at least one sink or the loop ends the game in a draw rather than a win. Caged Sun can name any color Toph's controller has a land producing, so the combo isn't locked to black; naming white or green widens the eligible land count in the 99.
