The lock is soft for the pilot — their own lands survive because Elesh Norn also grants +2/+2 to their creatures, making those Swamps 3/3s — but every opponent is immediately locked out of all mana.

Any new land an opponent plays enters as a 1/1 and immediately dies, so the lock is self-sustaining once all three permanents resolve — the primary vulnerability is instant-speed artifact removal hitting Kormus Bell in response to the stack.
