Tower Winder recurs itself by discarding Command Tower, which Kheru Goldkeeper reads as a discard trigger to make a Treasure, and Tower Winder's ETB immediately returns Command Tower to hand — two Treasures per cycle cover the {1}{G} to repeat. Viscera Seer is the sacrifice outlet that closes the Tower Winder loop and converts every death into a scry. Six is the commander enabling the graveyard cast in the first place, tying the whole engine to a Sultai shell built around cards leaving and entering the battlefield.

Result

Infinite LTB; Infinite ETB; Infinite sacrifice triggers; Infinite death triggers; Infinite scry 1; Infinite storm count; Infinite self-discard triggers

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Any free or net-neutral sacrifice outlet can replace Viscera Seer if the scry is irrelevant — Carrion Feeder or Altar of Dementia slot in cleanly. The loop produces infinite storm count and triggers but no mana beyond what the Treasures recoup, so pair it with Reckless Fireweaver, Impact Tremors, or Altar of Dementia as the actual kill condition.
