Tower Winder + Kheru Goldkeeper + Six + Command Tower + Altar of Dementia
5-card combo · BGU
Verdict
Yes — this 5-card loop mills every library at the table using a land discard engine that pays for itself each iteration.

Tower Winder casts itself from the graveyard by discarding Command Tower; Kheru Goldkeeper converts each discard and each enters-the-battlefield trigger into a Treasure, netting two Treasures per loop. Tower Winder then returns Command Tower to hand on entry and dies to Altar of Dementia, milling a target, before the two Treasures recast Tower Winder to start again. Six sits in the command zone as the glue — without it enabling the graveyard cast, the loop doesn't exist, so this is firmly a Six deck.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Altar of Dementia is the only mill sink listed in the steps, but once the engine is running, any free sacrifice outlet that generates a payoff — Pitiless Plunderer doubling the Treasure output, for instance — can replace it if mill isn't the preferred kill. The loop is tight on mana with exactly required each iteration, so any disruption to the Treasure generation, such as a Collector Ouphe, collapses it immediately.
