Buried Alive bins Chainer, Dementia Master, Viscera Seer, and Kokusho, the Evening Star in one shot; Reanimate gets Chainer onto the battlefield, and Chainer's activation loop brings back Viscera Seer and Kokusho for nine life each. Once Kokusho hits the Seer's altar, each iteration drains opponents for 5 and refunds life, paying for the next Chainer activation indefinitely — the loop is self-sustaining as long as two or more opponents remain at the table.

Steps

Activate Chainer by paying nine life, returning Viscera Seer from your graveyard to the battlefield as a Nightmare in addition to its other creature types.
Activate Chainer by paying nine life, returning Kokusho from your graveyard to the battlefield as a Nightmare in addition to its other creature types.
Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Kokusho.

If Reanimate is unavailable, Animate Dead or Dance of the Dead reanimate Chainer at the cost of an enchantment on the battlefield rather than a clean sorcery. The combo kills through the life loop alone — no secondary sink needed.
