Bloodstained Mire's fetch triggers both Sarinth Greatwurm and Kodama of the East Tree; Kodama puts Ghost Town onto the battlefield for free, which loops back to hand via its own zero-cost return ability and re-enters to trigger Sarinth Greatwurm again. The combo runs on an opponent's turn specifically because Kodama requires a land entering that you didn't play — Bloodstained Mire is the one-time catalyst, Ghost Town is the perpetual motion piece.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Any fetchland that hits a legal target works in place of Bloodstained Mire — Wooded Foothills, Windswept Heath, or any other fetchland in Gruul colors all fire the same trigger. The Powerstone tokens produce colorless mana but can't be used for nonartifact spells, so pair the infinite mana with a colorless sink or close with a Gruul finisher like Rampaging Brontodon or Craterhoof Behemoth off the infinite landfall count.
