Toph, the First Metalbender turns Staff of Domination into a Swamp, and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth makes that Swamp tap for black mana. Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger then doubles that black mana on the way in, giving the one black needed to untap Staff of Domination via its first ability and leaving the loop self-sustaining. Once the engine spins, Staff of Domination's remaining activated abilities drain through life and cards for the kill.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Urborg is the most replaceable piece — any effect that makes Staff of Domination produce colored mana fills that slot, but Urborg is the cleanest. If Vorinclex is answered before the loop closes, the mana doubling disappears and Staff of Domination's untap cost exceeds what tapping it produces, collapsing the engine entirely — resolve Vorinclex with protection or hold interaction open on the stack.
