Toph, the First Metalbender + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Staff of Domination + Nyxbloom Ancient
4-card combo · RGW
Verdict
Yes — this 4-card engine turns Staff of Domination into an infinite black mana, lifegain, and draw loop by making it tap as a Swamp.

Toph, the First Metalbender gives Staff of Domination a land type, and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth makes every land a Swamp — so the Staff taps for black mana. Nyxbloom Ancient triples that output to 3 black per tap, which more than covers the 1 generic to untap the Staff via its own first ability, generating infinite black mana, infinite lifegain, and infinite card draw in the same loop.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is the hardest piece to replace since it's the bridge between Toph's land-type grant and actual mana production — Blanket of Night does the same work if Urborg is unavailable. Once the loop is running, the infinite draw empties the library, so a Laboratory Maniac or Thassa's Oracle in the 99 closes the game; without one, the mana itself won't win alone.
