Toph, the First Metalbender turns Staff of Domination into a land, and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth makes that land a Swamp — tapping Staff for black mana triggers Zendikar Resurgent, which refunds a second black. One mana pays Staff's untap ability, leaving a net gain to repeat indefinitely. The combo lives in Naya color identity, so the black mana from the loop is a curiosity; the real payoff is the infinite draw and lifegain layered on top.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Cabal Coffers or other Swamp-matters payoffs don't apply here since the mana is colorless-sourced through Toph's effect — the black is real but your spells still need conventional mana to cast. If Urborg is removed, the entire engine collapses since Staff loses its Swamp status; a second copy effect like Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth doesn't replicate the Swamp grant, so protecting Urborg with Boots or Greaves is non-negotiable.
