The creature wearing Viridian Longbow and Thornbite Staff taps to deal 1 damage to a land-creature, killing it at zero toughness, and Thornbite Staff untaps the shooter on that death trigger, resetting the loop for the next land. Opponents enter a state where no land survives — existing ones die one by one, and any newly played land is immediately destroyed on entry.

Steps

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Glissa Sunslayer and Kamahl, Fist of Krosa both make for efficient Longbow-and-Staff carriers with built-in resilience or disruption. If Living Lands is unavailable, Nature's Revolt fills the same role of animating lands into creatures. The lock wins through attrition and denial rather than a single lethal blow, so a backup wincon — Craterhoof Behemoth or Walking Ballista — is necessary once all opponent mana is gone.
