Steps
- Activate Saffi by sacrificing it, targeting Eternal Witness.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Eternal Witness, adding one mana of any color.
- When Eternal Witness dies, Saffi triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- When Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Saffi from your graveyard to your hand.
- Cast Saffi by paying

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Naming Scout instead of Human works identically since both Saffi and Eternal Witness carry that type, giving the loop redundancy against Morophon being bounced and replayed with a different choice. Close out with Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist on the drain angle, or Altar of Dementia to mill the table — the loop floods death triggers but needs a sink to end the game.
