Orah, Skyclave Hierophant + Doomed Necromancer + Lightning Greaves + Phyrexian Altar
4-card combo · WB
Verdict
Yes — this 4-card loop generates infinite death, ETB, and sacrifice triggers in any Orah, Skyclave Hierophant shell that already wants clerics.

Phyrexian Altar sacrifices Orah for one black mana; Orah's death trigger returns Doomed Necromancer to the battlefield, Lightning Greaves equips for free to give it haste, and Doomed Necromancer spends that black mana to sacrifice itself and put Orah back into play. The loop is entirely self-contained once all four permanents are on board — Orah's tribal recursion clause is the engine, not a bonus.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Viscera Seer or any free sacrifice outlet can replace Phyrexian Altar if the mana isn't needed, as long as another black source covers Doomed Necromancer's activation cost. Altar of Dementia is the cleanest kill here — mill the table for infinite on each loop — though Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist drains just as efficiently off the infinite death triggers.
