Temporal Manipulation + Seasons Past + Demonic Tutor

3-card combo · BGU

Verdict

Yes — this 3-card loop generates infinite turns with no battlefield presence required, making it nearly impossible to disrupt with creature removal.

Seasons Past recurs both Temporal Manipulation and Demonic Tutor to hand while burying itself at the bottom of the library; Demonic Tutor fetches it back, and Temporal Manipulation buys the next iteration. The loop lives entirely in the hand and library, so board wipes, artifact removal, and enchantment hate are all dead cards against it — the table's interaction window is limited to counterspells and graveyard exile on Seasons Past's resolution.

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Time Warp and Capture of Jingzhou are direct swaps for Temporal Manipulation if one copy is exiled or countered. Sultai shells running Thrasios, Triton Hero or Kenrith, the Returned King are the natural homes — both commanders can sink the mana generated across infinite turns to draw the win condition, since the loop itself produces no damage and requires a separate closer each iteration.
