Pestilence or Pyrohemia paired with Cacophodon achieves the same untap loop in their respective color identities without committing a combat-damage Giant to the stack. If the Hammerfist line is the plan, Boros Charm replaces Heroic Intervention for one less mana while keeping everything indestructible — it can't be targeted by Naturalize effects either.
