Bloodstained Mire's fetch triggers Omnath, Locus of Rage and Kodama of the East Tree simultaneously; Kodama drops Ghost Town for free, Ghost Town bounces itself back to hand before the stack resolves, and each Omnath trigger creates a 5/5 Elemental token whose ETB restarts the Kodama chain. The whole engine fires on an opponent's turn because Ghost Town's return-to-hand ability specifically requires it to not be your turn, which is why the prerequisites are strict about timing.

Steps

Fetch a land using Bloodstained Mire.
When the fetched land enters, Omnath and Kodama trigger.
Resolve the Kodama trigger, putting Ghost Town from your hand onto the battlefield.
When Ghost Town enters, Kodama and Omnath trigger.
Holding priority, activate Ghost Town's first abiltiy by tapping it, adding .
Activate Ghost Town's second ability by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
Resolve the Omnath from step 4, creating a token.
When the token enters, Kodama triggers, putting Ghost Town from your hand onto the battlefield.
When Ghost Town enters, Omnath triggers.

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Any fetch land that finds a legal target replaces Bloodstained Mire — Wooded Foothills or Verdant Catacombs work identically in Gruul. The loop generates infinite tokens and landfall but does not close the game on its own; Warstorm Surge or the damage trigger already on Omnath convert the tokens into a table kill, and Purphoros, God of the Forge does the same job if Omnath gets removed before the loop starts.
