Bloodstained Mire triggers both Kodama of the East Tree and Chocobo Racetrack; Kodama puts Ghost Town into play for free, and Ghost Town bounces itself back to hand at zero cost, letting the loop restart each time a new permanent enters. Because the prerequisites require it to be someone else's turn, Ghost Town's second ability — which only works on opponents' turns — is live every time it hits the battlefield. The whole engine runs in mono-green and sits quietly in any Kodama landfall shell that already runs fetchlands.

, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.

Result
Infinite ETB; Infinite colorless mana; Infinite creature tokens; Infinite landfall triggers; Infinitely powerful Bird tokens you control until end of turn
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Any zero-cost bounce land fills Ghost Town's role — Gaea's Cradle works if the token count is already high enough to float mana before bouncing, but Ghost Town is the cleanest piece. Chocobo Racetrack is the narrowest dependency; without it generating a new permanent each cycle, the Kodama trigger has nothing to chain off. The loop makes infinite tokens but needs a free finisher — Purphoros, God of the Forge or a Shaman of Forgotten Ways activation closes the game, though both push outside mono-green.
