Bloodstained Mire's fetch triggers both Kodama of the East Tree and Tireless Provisioner; Kodama puts Ghost Town onto the battlefield, which triggers Provisioner again, and Ghost Town's zero-cost return ability bounces it back to hand before the chain repeats. The loop runs on opponent turns because Ghost Town's second ability requires it not be your turn, making this a combat step or end step engine that the table rarely sees coming.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Any fetchland that produces a landfall trigger works in place of Bloodstained Mire — Verdant Catacombs or Windswept Heath are the cleanest mono-green swaps. Tireless Tracker is a weaker substitute for Tireless Provisioner if the payoff is Clues over Treasures, but the loop still needs Provisioner's mana tokens to sustain itself, so Tracker doesn't complete the same line. Add Aetherflux Reservoir or a Walking Ballista sink for the kill — the engine generates the resources, the list needs a closer.
