Arid Mesa's fetch triggers both Kodama of the East Tree and Eusocial Engineering; Kodama puts Ghost Town into play for free, and Ghost Town taps for colorless then bounces itself back to hand before the Eusocial Engineering trigger resolves, creating a token that restarts the loop. Running this on an opponent's turn is the constraint — Ghost Town's second ability costs nothing, so once the loop opens, it generates infinite ETBs and tokens before anyone passes priority back to stop it cleanly.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Any fetchland replacing Arid Mesa works as the ignition point, and any other land that fetches itself into the loop can substitute if the library is set up accordingly. The combo doesn't kill by itself — pair it with Altar of Dementia to mill the table, or a landfall payoff already in play like Lotus Cobra or Omnath, Locus of Rage to convert the loop into damage.
