Tatsunari, Toad Rider enters and immediately threatens a free 3/3 Frog token every time you cast an enchantment, then lets that token drain opponents whenever it or Tatsunari attacks — the engine is already running the moment he resolves. The ceiling is a full combo loop with Phyrexian Altar converting token death into mana that replays the whole sequence.

Commander is the natural home for Tatsunari, Toad Rider — he sits in the command zone, so the enchantment-token engine is available every game, and Sultai colors give you enough enchantments, recursion, and sac outlets to make the drain loop a genuine win condition. In Legacy, Modern, and Pioneer he's technically legal but has no real foothold; three mana for a 3/3-generating Human that requires enchantment support is too slow and too conditional against formats defined by interaction on turns one and two. Vintage is the same story — legal, irrelevant. Oathbreaker is the one alternative format where he's worth considering as a Signature Spell shell, though you'd want an enchantment-based planeswalker to pair him with.
