Stitcher's Supplier mills six cards across two triggers for a single black mana — that's an absurd density of graveyard setup stapled to a one-drop. Every graveyard deck that can run it does, and Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis and Underworld Breach are just the most obvious reasons why.
Best Commanders
Commanders with the highest synergy

Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis
Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis needs creatures and convoke fodder in the graveyard to land on turn two or three, and Stitcher's Supplier delivers up to six cards toward that goal before it even dies.

Araumi of the Dead Tide
Araumi of the Dead Tide wants a stocked graveyard to encore from, and Stitcher's Supplier front-loads that work on turn one — encore targeting the Supplier itself then mills six more.

Winter, Cynical Opportunist
Winter, Cynical Opportunist rewards casting spells from the graveyard, so the faster the bin fills the faster the engine runs — Stitcher's Supplier is one of the cheapest ways to prime it.

Terra, Herald of Hope
Terra, Herald of Hope cares about creatures entering from the graveyard, making Stitcher's Supplier a two-fer: it stocks the bin on entry and on death, immediately expanding the pool Terra can work with.

Xu-Ifit, Osteoharmonist
Xu-Ifit, Osteoharmonist scales off the variety and volume of card types in the graveyard, and Stitcher's Supplier mills enough cards on its own to meaningfully diversify that pool on turn one.

In Commander, Stitcher's Supplier is an auto-include for any black deck built around the graveyard — the mana efficiency is too good to pass up when six milled cards can mean three payoffs ready to reanimate. In Modern and Legacy, it sees play in dedicated mill and graveyard-combo shells where self-mill velocity is the whole point, though its ceiling is capped by the formats' higher power bar. Pioneer graveyard decks have used it as a cheap enabler when the archetype is well-positioned in the meta. Stitcher's Supplier is not legal in Standard or Pauper, so those discussions are moot.
