Nahiri's Resolve blankets your entire board with indestructible at instant speed and rebounds for free — that's two wrath-proof combat steps for two mana. Commanders like Neriv, Heart of the Storm and Garth One-Eye that want to attack repeatedly without losing their whole setup treat it as close to mandatory.
Best Commanders
Commanders with the highest synergy

Neriv, Heart of the Storm
Neriv, Heart of the Storm attacks to generate value, so Nahiri's Resolve turns every combat into a protected swing — indestructible on attack, rebounded protection ready for the next turn.

Kolodin, Triumph Caster
Kolodin, Triumph Caster cares about attacking and recasting spells, and Nahiri's Resolve feeds both halves: it protects the board going in and rebound gives Kolodin another cast trigger the following turn.

Zidane, Tantalus Thief
Zidane, Tantalus Thief needs to connect with opponents to steal value, and Nahiri's Resolve clears the way by making the whole board indestructible through blockers and removal before the attack resolves.

Sokka and Suki
Sokka and Suki reward aggressive combat, and Nahiri's Resolve lets that aggressive board survive a retaliatory wrath or a crucial block, with rebound keeping the protection live across two turns.

Nahiri, Forged in Fury
Nahiri, Forged in Fury wants equipped creatures attacking freely, and Nahiri's Resolve gives the entire equipped team indestructibility so a single removal spell or sweeper doesn't erase the board investment.

Nahiri's Resolve is a Commander card — full stop. The rebound mechanic shines over multiple turns in a long game, and protecting a wide board of creatures from a sweeper is maximally relevant in multiplayer, where someone always has a Wrath of God. In competitive 1v1 formats like Modern and Legacy, a two-mana instant that doesn't advance your board state or interact with the opponent's is too slow and too situational to earn a slot. Pioneer and Oathbreaker follow the same logic: fine if you're attacking with a board and opponents are threatening wraths, irrelevant otherwise.

$0.71 bulk tier
At $0.71, Nahiri's Resolve sits firmly in bulk territory and is an easy include on pure cost. Given how many Boros and Naya attack-centric commanders want it, demand is steady enough that it's unlikely to drop further.
