Collective Blessing lands as a permanent +3/+3 to every creature you control — an Overrun stapled to an enchantment that sticks around for every future token Zombie Infestation or any other engine produces. Six mana is the real cost here, and that's the ceiling: Jasmine Boreal of the Seven decks want it badly, but slower tables will punish you for tapping out that high without an immediate win.
Best Commanders
Commanders with the highest synergy

Jasmine Boreal of the Seven
Jasmine Boreal of the Seven builds around a wide board of vanilla creatures, and Collective Blessing turns that army into a threat stack that demands an immediate answer — every 1/1 tree token becomes a 4/4, and the anthem never falls off.

Emmara, Soul of the Accord
Emmara, Soul of the Accord generates a steady stream of lifelink tokens every time she taps, and Collective Blessing converts that incremental board presence into game-ending attack math fast enough to close before opponents stabilize.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t
| Format | Verdict |
|---|---|
| commander | legal |
| legacy | legal |
| modern | legal |
| pioneer | legal |
| standard | not legal |
| vintage | legal |
| pauper | not legal |
| oathbreaker | legal |
Collective Blessing is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Pioneer, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but it only sees meaningful play in Commander. At six mana, it's simply too slow for any 60-card format where the game is often over by turn four — no Modern or Pioneer go-wide deck wants to spend that much mana on an enchantment when Heroic Intervention and Craterhoof Behemoth exist at similar or lower price points. In Commander, the math changes: six mana is reachable by mid-game, and a permanent +3/+3 across a wide board is a repeatable threat multiplier rather than a one-shot pump. It's best in token-centric or vanilla-creature decks where bodies are already stacking up before turn six.

$0.36 bulk tier
At $0.36, Collective Blessing is firmly bulk — easy to pick up as a throw-in or from a bulk bin. It's a stable bulk rare with a narrow audience, so don't expect the price to move meaningfully in either direction.
