4-card combo · RGW
Verdict
Yes — this 4-card loop generates infinite green mana, infinite lifegain, and infinite draw from a Staff that functionally becomes a Forest under Toph and Yavimaya.

Toph, the First Metalbender turns Staff of Domination into a land, and Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth makes every land a Forest, so tapping the Staff produces green mana — which Mana Flare then doubles to two. One of those two pays Staff's untap ability, and the loop runs forever. The engine lives in Naya goodstuff shells where Toph enables land-type shenanigans and Mana Flare doubles the payoff.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Yavimaya is the least replaceable piece — anything that makes Staff produce green without it would require a different land-type enabler entirely. Once the loop is live, Staff's draw ability drains the library at will, so no separate finisher is needed; tap it for cards after mana is secured and win through whatever draw-payoff the deck already runs, such as Aetherflux Reservoir or a Laboratory Maniac in the 99.
