Prerequisites

An opponent cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger more than once. If the opponent can pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger more times, you can still perform the combo if you have enough mana to outlast their mana supply. You can also continue this combo for other opponents if mana allows. The extra mana can be used to activate any of Super-Skrull's abilities.

Steps

Activate Super-Skrull's fourth ability by paying , causing an opponent to draw four cards.

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

The loop is near-infinite rather than clean-infinite because it hinges on opponents being unable to pay the Smothering Tithe tax, so running out Teferi's Puzzle Box or other forced-draw effects first pressures those mana reserves before the loop starts. Anointed Procession substitutes for Parallel Lives if token doublers are scarce. Spend the overflow mana on Super-Skrull's other abilities or funnel it into a Walking Ballista as the closer.
