Underworld Breach lets Wheel of Fortune escape from the graveyard for 2R plus three exiled cards; opponents who skip the 2-mana Tithe payment hand over enough Treasure to refund the escape cost on the spot. The loop runs in any Boros or Mardu shell that already wants Smothering Tithe — which is a lot of them — and draws every player's library while generating a pile of Treasures along the way.

How it works

Prerequisites

At least one opponent is unable to pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger. You have at least three other cards in your graveyard, plus an additional three cards between your graveyard and/or hand.

Steps

Cast Wheel of Fortune from your graveyard for its escape cost by paying and exiling three cards from your graveyard, causing each player to discard their hand and draw seven cards.
