Verdict

Yes — this 3-card loop decks out one opponent per iteration by forcing infinite draws off a single blue mana that pays for itself.

Ms. Bumbleflower turns every Shrieking Drake cast into a forced opponent draw; Smothering Tithe converts that draw into a Treasure, which refunds the blue to recast the Drake and repeat. The loop runs in any Bant goodstuff shell that already wants Smothering Tithe on the battlefield — the Drake is the only piece that doesn't pull its weight outside the combo.

Recipe

How it works

01

Prerequisites

An opponent cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger. You can repeat this combo until the opponent loses the game due to drawing from an empty library. If multiple opponents cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger, you can perform this loop for each of those opponents. You may start this combo with the opponent being able to pay for Smothering TIthe's trigger so long as you provide enough {U} to outlast their mana supply.

02

Steps

  1. Cast Shrieking Drake by paying {U}.
  2. Ms. Bumbleflower triggers, causing an opponent to draw a card who cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger, and putting a +1/+1 counter on a creature.
  3. Smothering Tithe triggers, creating a Treasure token, as the opponent who drew a card cannot pay for its trigger.
  4. When Shrieking Drake enters, it triggers, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding {U}.
  6. Repeat.

03

Result

Near-infinite +1/+1 counters; Near-infinite ETB; Near-infinite storm count; Near-infinite LTB; Infinite card draw for opponents; Infinite draw triggers for each opponent

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

The loop requires an opponent who either can't or eventually runs out of mana to pay Smothering Tithe's trigger — against a player holding open two white mana it stalls until their supply is exhausted, so it closes faster against depleted boards. There's no damage-based kill here; the win is library elimination, so redundant draw-forcing effects like Skyscribing or Fascination can substitute if Ms. Bumbleflower is answered, though neither self-recurs the way the Drake does.
