Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

The prerequisite is the real fragility here — the loop collapses if no opponent has six cards in hand, so it belongs in a shell with hand-size disruption or wheels that reload opponents rather than empty them. There is no cheaper substitute for Reito Lantern in Boros colors; if it's removed, the loop has no recycler. Aetherflux Reservoir converts the storm count into a kill; without it, the near-infinite mana needs another red outlet like Crackle with Power to close.
