Steps

Activate Soulfire Grand Master by paying , causing you to put the next instant or sorcery card you cast from your hand this turn into your hand as it resolves.
Cast Jeska's Will by paying , adding at least seven and returning it to your hand.
Repeat.
If an opponent has eight or more cards in their hand, this combo nets infinite red mana.
If you control a commander, you may choose both of Jeska's WIll's modes to exile your library.

The loop breaks if no opponent can maintain seven cards — Notion Thief or Narset, Parter of Veils shuts the prerequisite down cold by collapsing hand sizes. For the kill itself, any magecraft payoff — Archmage Emeritus to draw, Guttersnipe to dome the table — closes the game once storm count goes infinite; Jeska's Will alone does not win without something to spend the mana on.
