Panoptic Mirror imprints Ghostly Flicker and fires at each upkeep; Strionic Resonator copies that trigger for 2 colorless, Temple of the False God pays for it, and Ghostly Flicker blinks both Resonator and Temple back untapped to repeat the cycle. The loop runs in mono-blue and asks for five lands — Temple of the False God is load-bearing, not a flex slot. Any deck running Niv-Mizzet, Parun or Sphinx-Bone Wand turns infinite magecraft into a table kill.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
The combo produces no mana beyond what Temple provides, so it needs a magecraft or storm payoff already on the battlefield — Aetherflux Reservoir and Bonus Round don't help here, but Niv-Mizzet, Parun draws the library and pings repeatedly. Four pieces is a steep assembly cost; Drift of Phantasms transmutes for Strionic Resonator and Muddle the Mixture hits Ghostly Flicker, but Panoptic Mirror has no clean tutor line in blue.
