3-card combo · GWU
Verdict
Yes — this 3-card loop locks the table out of the game with infinite extra turns starting the moment all three pieces are on the battlefield.

Soulherder blinks Eternal Witness at end of step, which returns Time Warp from the graveyard to hand; casting Time Warp starts the loop again. The combo lives in Bant blink shells — Brago, King Eternal and Roon of the Hidden Realm are the natural commanders, since both generate free blink triggers that can replace Soulherder entirely.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Conjurer's Closet substitutes for Soulherder if the 1/4 body draws removal, though it costs 5 mana to deploy and only triggers at end of turn on your turn. Archaeomancer and Teferi's Time Twist cover the Eternal Witness slot at lower power. Time Warp itself can be swapped for Temporal Manipulation or Walk the Aeons — the loop is piece-agnostic on the extra turn spell, so run whichever is easier to tutor.
