Eternal Witness + Phyrexian Altar + Supernatural Stamina
3-card combo · BG
Verdict
Yes — this 3-card loop generates infinite death and ETB triggers in any black-green shell that can assemble the pieces.

Supernatural Stamina costs one black mana and returns itself to hand each loop via Eternal Witness's ETB, while Phyrexian Altar converts the sacrifice into the black mana needed to recast it — the loop is perfectly self-funding. Black-green creature-based combo decks running Meren of Clan Nel Toth, Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, or Syr Konrad, the Grim find this line attractive because all three pieces pull double duty outside the combo.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Undying Evil and Feign Death are functional replacements for Supernatural Stamina — same one black mana, same sacrifice-and-return structure, though Undying Evil requires Eternal Witness to have no counters and Feign Death returns the creature with a +1/+1 counter that blocks Undying Evil on subsequent iterations. The loop produces infinite storm count and triggers but no direct damage on its own; pair it with Syr Konrad, the Grim or Blood Artist as the kill condition.
