Saheeli's Artistry + Eternal Witness + Palinchron

Verdict
Yes — this 3-card loop generates infinite mana, infinite tokens, and infinite recursion once lands can produce 4UU per cycle.

Saheeli's Artistry copies Palinchron as an artifact token, which untaps the lands that paid for it; Eternal Witness then returns Artistry to hand, resetting the loop. The catch is the mana floor: lands must produce at least 4UU each iteration to break even, and netting extra blue each cycle is what converts the loop from self-sustaining to genuinely infinite. Simic goodstuff and Kruphix, God of Horizons builds are the natural home — anything already running Palinchron as a mana engine fits Artistry as a second axis.

How it works
01
Prerequisites
You control up to seven lands that can tap to produce at least .
If the seven lands can tap to produce
or more, this combo will net infinite mana. So long as you produce an extra
each loop, you can eventually stop copying Palinchron and copy other creature(s) or artifact(s) instead. You can also create two copies of Eternal Witness instead to return other applicable cards to your hand.

Steps
- Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least
.
- Cast Saheeli's Artistry by paying
, creating a token copy of Palinchron that is an artifact.
- When the Palinchron token enters, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
- Cast Eternal Witness by paying its mana cost.
- When Eternal Witness enters, it triggers, returning Saheeli's Artistry from your graveyard to your hand.
- Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least
.
- Cast Saheeli's Artistry by paying
, creating a token copy of Eternal Witness and the Palinchron token.
- When the Eternal Witness and Palinchron tokens enter, they trigger.
- Resolve the Eternal Witness token's trigger, returning Saheeli's Artistry from your graveyard to your hand.
- Resolve the Palinchron token's trigger, untapping up to seven lands.
- Repeat from step 6.

Result
Infinite ETB; Infinite storm count; Infinite creature tokens; Infinite mana lands you control can produce; Infinite magecraft triggers; Infinite recursion of instant and sorcery cards from your graveyard; Infinite copies of all creatures; Infinite copies of all artifacts; Infinite untap of lands you control
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
High Tide dramatically lowers the land requirement by doubling each Island's output, making the loop accessible on fewer lands. Palinchron plus Phantasmal Image or Peregrine Drake plus a cheaper copy effect are tighter 2-card mana engines if Artistry's 6-mana cost is a liability. Once the loop is running, the Eternal Witness copy trigger can recur any instant or sorcery from the graveyard, so Finale of Devastation or Blue Sun's Zenith closes the game without needing a separate kill piece.
