Radiate copies Mythos of Illuna for every targetable permanent on the battlefield; each copy creates an Eternal Witness token that returns Radiate to hand, which then targets the still-resolving original Mythos to double the stack again. There are permanents on the battlefield that enter the battlefield untapped and produce at least .

Steps

Cast Mythos of Illuna targeting anything but Eternal Witness, holding priority, and then cast Radiate targeting Mythos of Illuna.
When Radiate resolves you will have Mythos copies targeting every targetable permanent (except what the original Mythos card is targeting).
When each of the copies resolve, target Radiate in your graveyard with the new Eternal Witness token's ability and return Radiate to your hand.
Before the original Mythos of Illuna card resolves, cast Radiate again targeting Mythos by spending mana from the tokens you just created.
Repeat this process, effectively doubling the number of copies created, allowing you to return Radiate and another card with two Witness triggers.
Repeat.

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

The prerequisite is steep: producing at least 3RR from untapped permanents before the combo fires means this is a late-game or big-mana setup, not a turn-3 kill. Swapping Eternal Witness for any other Witness-style recursion effect that triggers on token creation won't work — the copy specifically needs the ETB to grab Radiate. Once the loop runs, Altar of the Brood or Impact Tremors on board converts infinite tokens into the actual kill.
