Marwyn, the Nurturer taps for at least eight green; Vitalize untaps her and every other creature for one green, leaving a net surplus that funds Kogla, the Titan Ape's activated ability to bounce Eternal Witness back to hand. Eternal Witness re-enters, returns Vitalize from the graveyard, and the loop resets. The whole engine lives in green Elf shells where Marwyn is the commander and tribal anthems or other Elves inflate her power naturally before the loop fires.

Any infinite-mana sink closes the game from here: Finale of Devastation at X equals ten or more is the cleanest green kill; Walking Ballista works if the build touches colorless artifacts.
