Eternal Witness + Phyrexian Altar + Helping Hand
3-card combo · GW
Verdict
Yes — this 3-card loop generates infinite ETB, death, and storm triggers in any green-white shell that can assemble three specific pieces.

Phyrexian Altar converts Eternal Witness into the single white mana Helping Hand costs; Helping Hand puts Eternal Witness directly onto the battlefield, and Eternal Witness's ETB retrieves Helping Hand from the graveyard to reset the loop. The engine asks nothing of the board state beyond these three cards, making it a clean win condition in Trostani, Selesnya's Voice or any Selesnya aristocrats list that already wants Eternal Witness for recursion.

Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Eternal Witness is the hardest piece to replace — Timeless Witness runs the same loop and adds counters as a bonus if the four-mana cost is acceptable in the shell. The loop produces no mana beyond what Phyrexian Altar provides each iteration, so a storm payoff like Aetherflux Reservoir or a death-trigger payoff like Zulaport Cutthroat is the required closer; without one, the loop cycles forever but wins nothing.
