Turnabout untaps all lands after casting, refunding the mana spent on both it and Ghostly Flicker; Ghostly Flicker then blinks Eternal Witness and Possessed Skaab back to the battlefield, where their ETB triggers recover both spells from the graveyard to restart the loop. The prerequisite of four lands producing at least 4UUU is demanding — this is a mid-to-late-game assembly, not a turn-3 combo. Commanders like Sultai Reanimator shells or Muldrotha, the Gravetide lists that already run these creatures as value pieces are the natural home.

- Repeat.
03
Result
Infinite LTB; Infinite ETB; Infinite storm count; Infinite magecraft triggers; Infinite blinking; Infinite landfall triggers; Infinite mana permanents you control can produce
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Eternal Witness is the linchpin; Possessed Skaab can be replaced by any creature that returns an instant or sorcery from the graveyard on ETB, such as Archaeomancer or Salvager of Secrets, at the cost of only recovering one spell per blink instead of two. For the kill, the infinite storm count feeds Aetherflux Reservoir, and infinite ETBs close with Impact Tremors or a draw engine like Altar of the Brood milling all opponents out.
