Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Dual Casting is the fragile link here — it's an Aura that dies to the enchantment removal tables run freely, and Pili-Pala itself is a legendary-summoning-sickness creature that telegraphs the line. Reverberate or Twincast can replace Dual Casting for a one-shot copy if the infinite loop isn't needed and the goal is simply emptying the library. Once the library is exiled, any free or discounted win condition in the exiled pile closes the game — Grapeshot, Aetherflux Reservoir, or a hasty creature all suffice.
