Garruk's Uprising closes the loop: the Angel entering with power 4 or greater triggers a free draw, which feeds The Locust God again. The combo lives in Riku of Two Reflections or Atraxa, Praetors' Voice-style goodstuff shells that can reliably tutor enchantments and cast across four colors.

Prerequisites

You have a way to draw a card. There is at least one Insect on the battlefield. This combo will result in you drawing your library, and losing the game if it isn't interacted with. Ensure you have a way to avoid this before starting the combo.

Steps

Draw a card.
The Locust God triggers, creating a 4/4 Angel creature token due to Divine Visitation.
When the Angel enters the battlefield, Garruk's Uprising's second ability triggers, causing you to draw a card.
Repeat from step 2.

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Have a win condition in hand before starting — drawing the library without a way to stop is a loss condition the prerequisites spell out explicitly. Thassa's Oracle or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries converts the empty library into an immediate win; Laboratory Maniac works if something survives to trigger a draw after the deck empties. Any piece of interaction that replaces Divine Visitation with a different token-replacement effect breaks the loop, so redundancy with Anointed Procession in the 99 won't substitute here — the specific power-4-or-greater trigger on Garruk's Uprising is what makes the chain self-sustaining.
