Yes — this 3-card engine converts opponent card draw into infinite Treasures and mills every library at the table.

Folio of Fancies forces all players to draw two, which fires Smothering Tithe and creates Treasure tokens for each opponent who can't pay 2. Clock of Omens taps two of those Treasures to untap Folio of Fancies, and four more Treasures cover the 4-mana activation cost — net Treasures scale with the number of opponents who can't pay, so the loop demands the tax stays active. This fits squarely in Gwala, Not Dead After All or Alandra, Sky Dreamer-style blue-white control shells that already want Smothering Tithe on the table.
Recipe
How it works
01
Prerequisites
Opponents are unable to pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger.
02
Steps
- Activate Folio of Fancies's first ability by paying
and tapping it, causing each player to draw two cards.
- Smothering Tithe triggers, creating a Treasure token for each player who can't pay
.
- Activate Clock of Omens by tapping two Treasure tokens, untapping Folio of Fancies.
- Activate four Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing those, adding four mana of any colors.
- Repeat.
03
Result
Infinite card draw; Near-infinite mill; Near-infinite colored mana; Near-infinite Treasure tokens
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
Windfall or Jace's Archivist can substitute as the mass-draw trigger if Folio of Fancies is removed, though they don't scale the draw count the same way. The loop generates near-infinite mill through Folio of Fancies's static ability, so the table empties without a separate kill — add Thassa's Oracle as a redundant closer if opponents manage to pay the Smothering Tithe tax and shut the engine down mid-loop.
