Victimize does the heavy lifting: sacrifice a token to reanimate Eternal Witness and Priest of Gix simultaneously, netting three black mana from the Priest, two fresh Zombie tokens from Tormod, and Victimize back in hand from the Witness. Altar of Dementia converts the recursive death loop into infinite mill, and every Victimize cast counts as a storm trigger. The shell is Golgari graveyard — commanders like Meren of Clan Nel Toth or Sythis, Harvest's Hand adjacent builds don't run this, but Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord or Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider token builds do.

Infinite creature tokens; Infinite death triggers; Infinite ETB; Infinite LTB; Infinite magecraft triggers; Infinite mill; Infinite sacrifice triggers; Infinite self-mill; Infinite storm count
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
The additional creature sacrifice fodder is the hidden cost here — the loop eats one extra creature per cycle to cast Victimize, so the Zombie tokens Tormod generates conveniently serve as the next sacrifice target, making the loop self-sustaining once rolling. If Altar of Dementia is removed, pivot to Blasting Station or Carrion Feeder as the sacrifice outlet and replace the mill win with the infinite death triggers feeding Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat for the kill.
