Kenrith, the Returned King + Smothering Tithe + Jolene, the Plunder Queen + Adrix and Nev, Twincasters
4-card combo · WUBRG
Verdict
Yes — this 4-card loop decks out opponents one draw at a time by turning Smothering Tithe's doubling chain into self-funding Kenrith activations.

Kenrith's 3U ability forces an opponent to draw; if they can't pay Smothering Tithe's tax, Adrix and Nev doubles the Treasure trigger and Jolene doubles it again, producing four Treasures that refund the 3U exactly. The loop is colorless-mana-neutral on each iteration and requires zero additional resources once all four permanents are on the table.
Recipe
How it works
01
Prerequisites
An opponent cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger. Eventually the opponent will lose the game due to drawing from an empty library. You can repeat this loop with other opponents that also cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger.
02
Steps
- Activate Kenrith's fourth ability by paying
, causing an opponent who cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger to draw a card.
- Smothering Tithe triggers, causing you to create four Treasure tokens due to Adrix and Nev and Jolene.
- Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
.
- Repeat.
03
Result
Infinite draw triggers for any number of opponents; Infinite card draw for any number of opponents
Variations
Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines
The combo collapses if opponents are able to pay the Smothering Tithe tax — run Grand Abolisher or Silence to lock out the window where they'd generate mana in response. Parallel Lives or Anointed Procession can slot in for Adrix and Nev if token-doubling is spread across multiple pieces, but you need at least two doublers on board or the Treasures fall short of the 3U activation cost.
