Prerequisites

You have any number of other nonland permanents that enter the battlefield untapped, and that can collectively tap to produce enough mana to cast Slip On the Ring exiled by Abdel Adrian. Eternal Witness exiled by Abdel Adrian. You have enough mana to cast Slip On the Ring.

Steps

Cast Slip On the Ring by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Eternal Witness and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
Abdel Adrian and Eternal Witness trigger.
Resolve the Eternal Witness trigger, returning Slip On the Ring from your graveyard to your hand.
Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Slip On the Ring.
Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Eternal Witness and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
Repeat.

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Errand-Rider of Gondor or any other enters-the-battlefield draw stapled to a creature can replace Eternal Witness if Slip On the Ring is in hand reliably; Eternal Witness is the tightest choice since it retrieves a removed piece too. The loop creates unlimited Soldier tokens but needs a payoff for the win — Altar of Dementia mills the table with the tokens, and Impact Tremors or Purphoros, God of the Forge close faster if red is splashed, but in straight green-white, token doublers like Anointed Procession scale the board to a combat kill.
