Siren's Ruse blinks Abdel Adrian for 1U, returning Eternal Witness and the exiled mana producers to the battlefield; Eternal Witness recovers Siren's Ruse from the graveyard, and tapping the returned mana producers funds the next iteration. Every loop exiles and returns a fresh batch of nonland permanents, minting a Soldier token for each one and firing ETB and LTB triggers across the board — the combo rewards token doublers like Anointed Procession or anything that cares about creatures entering.

How it works

Prerequisites

You have any number of other nonland permanents that enter the battlefield untapped, and that can collectively tap to produce enough mana to cast Siren's Ruse exiled by Abdel Adrian. Eternal Witness exiled by Abdel Adrian. You have enough mana to cast Siren's Ruse.

Steps

Cast Siren's Ruse by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Eternal Witness and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
Abdel Adrian and Eternal Witness trigger.
Resolve the Eternal Witness trigger, returning Siren's Ruse from your graveyard to your hand.
Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Siren's Ruse.
Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Eternal Witness and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
Repeat.

Any enters-the-battlefield tutor — Woodland Bellower, Recruiter of the Guard — that finds Eternal Witness cuts the setup time considerably; the bottleneck is assembling Abdel Adrian plus a blink spell, not the mana.
