Acrobatic Maneuver blinks Abdel Adrian, which returns Eternal Witness and exiled permanents to the battlefield; Eternal Witness immediately retrieves Acrobatic Maneuver from the graveyard, and the mana-producing permanents that get re-exiled each loop fund the next cast. Every iteration triggers Abdel Adrian's exile effect again, stamping out a Soldier token for each permanent exiled and drawing a card off Acrobatic Maneuver's cantrip — the loop snowballs its own token army while emptying the deck.

How it works

Prerequisites

You have any number of other nonland permanents that enter the battlefield untapped, and that can collectively tap to produce enough mana to cast Acrobatic Maneuver exiled by Abdel Adrian.

Steps

Cast Acrobatic Maneuver by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Eternal Witness and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
Abdel Adrian and Eternal Witness trigger.
Resolve the Eternal Witness trigger, returning Acrobatic Maneuver from your graveyard to your hand.
Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Acrobatic Maneuver.
Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Eternal Witness and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
Repeat.

Variations

Cheaper, tighter, alternate lines

Any blink spell that cantrips or refunds mana can slot into the Acrobatic Maneuver role — Ephemerate only blinks a single target and won't trigger Abdel Adrian's ETB correctly, so lean on spells that target Abdel Adrian directly. Abdel Adrian himself is the commander most lists are built around, but pairing this in a Trostani, Selesnya's Voice or Rhys the Redeemed shell adds a populate layer on top of the tokens. The loop draws cards but doesn't win outright — add Altar of the Brood, Prosperous Innkeeper, or a finisher that converts infinite ETBs into a kill.
