Ziatora, the Incinerator card art
Ziatora, the Incinerator converts your largest creature into a Fling that also prints three Treasure tokens — every end step, for free. Six mana is a real ask, but pairing it with Solphim, Mayhem Dominus doubles that flung damage and turns each activation into a one-shot threat, and Henzie "Toolbox" Torre gets it into play ahead of curve with blitz while still triggering the end-step ability.

Henzie "Toolbox" Torre

Henzie "Toolbox" Torre

44.7% of decks · synergy 0.31

Henzie "Toolbox" Torre blitzes Ziatora, the Incinerator into play for as little as four mana, guaranteeing at least one Fling trigger before it dies to the blitz draw — maximum value, minimum investment.

02
Slimefoot and Squee

Slimefoot and Squee

42.5% of decks · synergy 0.29

Kresh the Bloodbraided

Kresh the Bloodbraided

oathbreaker

Commander is where Ziatora, the Incinerator lives — six mana is sustainable in a 40-life format with four opponents to hit, and the Treasure generation compounds fast enough to recoup the investment in a turn or two. In competitive 60-card formats like Modern and Legacy it's simply too slow; a six-mana dragon that requires an additional creature sacrifice to do anything is never seeing competitive constructed play. Pioneer is the same story. Oathbreaker is legal but awkward — the signature spell restriction and smaller life totals make the six-mana ask harder to justify unless the deck is built entirely around the sacrifice loop.

Price Context

Current price

$0.44 bulk tier

At $0.44, Ziatora, the Incinerator is deep bulk — you're getting a mythic rare dragon with a genuine repeatable win condition for the cost of a pack of gum. That price reflects its narrow Commander-only home rather than power level, so there's no reason to hesitate picking up copies.
