Vivien, Champion of the Wilds
Legendary Planeswalker — Vivien
You may cast creature spells as though they had flash.
+1: Until your next turn, up to one target creature gains vigilance and reach.
−2: Look at the top three cards of your library. Exile one face down and put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order. For as long as it remains exiled, you may cast it if it's a creature spell.

Vivien, Champion of the Wilds gives your creatures flash at the permanent level — no spell required — which means every morph trigger from Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer becomes available at instant speed, and every eldrazi cast with Ulalek, Fused Atrocity can happen on the opponent's end step. Three mana for a static that rewrites when your creatures can enter is the real rate; the +1 and -2 are gravy.
Best Commanders
Commanders with the highest synergy

Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer
Vivien, Champion of the Wilds is in nearly half of all Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer decks because flash lets you deploy morphs on opponents' turns, preserving mana and making every free card draw off Kadena unpredictable and harder to counter.

Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald
Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald triggers off casting spells from anywhere other than hand, so Vivien, Champion of the Wilds lets you hold creatures as instant-speed threats and generate Wolf tokens at the most disruptive moment possible.

Otrimi, the Ever-Playful
Otrimi, the Ever-Playful is a mutate commander that wants to attack, and Vivien, Champion of the Wilds lets you snap in mutate creatures at the end of an opponent's turn so Otrimi enters combat with full upgrades already stacked.

Ayula, Queen Among Bears
Ayula, Queen Among Bears turns every Bear entering the battlefield into a fight or counter effect, and Vivien, Champion of the Wilds converts that into an instant-speed removal package — flash a Bear in, trigger Ayula, fight something, all on the opponent's turn.

Volo, Guide to Monsters
Volo, Guide to Monsters copies each creature spell of a type not already on the battlefield, and Vivien, Champion of the Wilds lets you hold those spells until the exact moment you want double the enters-the-battlefield triggers with the lowest possible counterplay window.

In Commander, Vivien, Champion of the Wilds earns her slot in any green creature deck that wants to play on opponents' turns — flash is one of the hardest effects to tax, and three mana on a planeswalker that survives most early boards is a strong rate. In Pioneer and Modern she sees occasional play in creature-heavy shells that want to threaten at instant speed without running a full flash package, though competition from cheaper interaction keeps her out of most serious lists. Legacy and Vintage are too fast for a three-mana do-nothing-immediately permanent. Oathbreaker is where Vivien, Champion of the Wilds actually gets to be a centerpiece rather than a support piece, since she can be the commander herself and every subsequent green spell in the deck benefits from the static.
