Commander is where Otrimi, the Ever-Playful actually belongs — it's either the commander itself, sitting in the zone and providing a recurrable threat the whole game, or a 99 piece in any Sultai Mutate shell that wants a backup loop. Legacy and Vintage legality is technically true but practically irrelevant; neither format has any use for a five-mana 6/6 with a combat-damage trigger when faster, more resilient threats exist at every point on the curve.
