Ringing Strike Mastery

Ringing Strike Mastery is a Commander card almost by definition — the mastery counter mechanic rewards slow accumulation over multiple turns, and only a 100-card singleton format gives you the game length to make that payoff consistent. In Standard and Pioneer it competes with spells that close games faster without prerequisites, so it sees virtually no competitive play there. Legacy, Vintage, and Modern have no patience for setup-heavy enchantments at this cost. Pauper is where the bulk-rare economy matters least, but the effect still lacks the immediate tempo those fast formats demand.
